It's no secret running has changed my life.

I went from morbidly obese to Marathon Finisher in less than a year - I dropped 106lbs as a result.

Running became a way for me to deal with the challenges and obstacles I faced in life.

I now use running as a way to help others.

2 years ago I had the privilege of raising $2500 for the Center for Community Solutions. This year, I am running the San Diego Rock 'n' Roll Marathon on June 3rd with the goal of coming in last place to support those runners in the back of the pack who feel alone, and also to again raise money for victims of domestic and sexual abuse.

Your contributions will help support victims of domestic and sexual abuse - who too often feel they are alone in this world without anyone to help them.

At $3,000 raised, I will shave my head and rock a mohawk on race day at the San Diego Rock 'n' Roll Marathon!
